**** poor service-NO FEEDBACK

On the 9th January 2017 I lodged a formal complaint against a senior employee of Fidelity,

I subsequently lodged the same complaint on thei social media page. I was told to email their customer services which I have now done on 3 seperate occasions and I still have not received a formal response apart from an email from their group HR manager Patrick Zondo stating "I escalated all your e-mails you sent to senior management of the Gauteng Region and they undertook to contact you".

How on earth can a company of this size ignore complaints about their management? What a joke!

Its incomprehensible how a company can flat out ignore complaints from the public. So whats the next step Fidelity? A pettition to remove the bad apple, maybe some vehicle branding about my experience, maybe even a billboard with some naming and shaming?

Good day,

Wow, this must be embarrasing for you as a company. How can your "official business reply" be to ask me to send an email to cutomer services? ESPECIALLY SINCE IM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FACT THAT I HAVENT RECEIVED A REPONSE FROM MY EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERIVES DATED THE 13TH APRIL. Heres the only communication I have received

Hi Patrick
Fidelity obviously doesn’t take formal complaints seriously. This is a complete and utter joke that I have not received 1 formal response from anyone in a managerial position from a national company.
I will now take to social media, the security association as well every complaint website there is.
