Poor Service Fidelity ADT

I signed up for an alarm two months ago and currently sitting with an alarm that hasn't been working for close to a month.

On the 18th of November i reported that our master code is not working and i am unable to arm/disarm the alarm. Since then, i have not received any assistance regarding the matter. Everytime i phone them they keep saying they are waiting for feedback from head office. To my surpise, when i phoned the Johannesburg branch i got transfered to the Cape Town branch only to be informed that this is something that the PE branch could have sorted out long ago.

To think that it has been a month and i am already considering cancelling.

Really not impressed and will not recommend them to anyone.
