Poor Service

This company is running a mickey mouse business, i signed up with them gave them all my details that thy needed from me, 3 months down the line, ty telling me that my account is in arrears, the person who called me is so Rude, i have been calling them sending emails trying to make a follow up, ty are unreachable, foe the past two weeks, Poor service, account department Terry Pieterse [Fidelity-ADT] Thabang Kola [Fidelity-ADT ***, FADT-Secure Drive , wish to cancel this account ... is jus stress
