Poor service

The armoured vehicle of Fedility cash solutions bumped my car and the driver didn't bother to stop and see if I am ok or how much damage he did in my car. I tried to call Fedility offices now am being forever transferred to many offices with no help. I just want to check who or which unit is the driver belongs to so that they can take responsibility. When you call this number they refer you to the other number and the other number they refer you back to that other number, that's frustrating because their drivers gets away with impunity and nothing happens to them. I even went to police station and they made me an accident report and said that's all they can do for me, I must go back to fedility security but they also can't assist me.
