Poor service

On the 9th of September a technician came to look at our monitor that is not working and promised to come back as soon they get the material that they need for the repairs till today they have not come back which is now the 17th of October, the monitor is not fixed while they are aware that there has been a number of break-inns in our area. The service is very poor which I do not have trust in the company that it will even help in the time of need.
