Poor service at fidelity
I was at the fidelity branch in phillipi to fill in my documents for my provident fund but I received nothing and its been long that ive been waiting on my benefits. I called the the call centre from psspf to ask if they received my documents they said they have nothing. What should I do now because it shows that the guy at fidelity didn't send my docs away
