POOR SERVICE AT ADT
I’m highly disappointed with Fedelity security service the alarm has not been working for over a year and we’ve been complaining since 2022 and we were not assisted. The alarm Stopped working due to loadshedding and now a debit order of R2 139.00 has been deducted from my account I want my money back I’ll not pay for service that wasn’t rendered to me.
