Poor service
I canceled my contract with ADT after there was a break in at my house and they where nowhere near assisting me as their client . Their the most unreliable security company.
I went and asked a few people and share my poor experience with them, everyone was telling how poor ADT really is

You're very slow that's the you could not catch the guys that broke into my house and stole my preciou belonging your response time is not what you told when I took the contract 6 years ago

22 Aug 2021, 06:54I would never recommend ADT to anyone, I would rather advise those who have contracts with ADT to cancel and join other security companie it's just a matter of time before they cry too
