Poor and Bad and not trustworthy

Iam not sure how many of their clients experienced this or ,that their installers are they occurstrating break ins ,they installed two panics one by my bedroom door as requested and one in my bathroom insuit the one in the insuit was never connected.I reported since I put it in they want me to pay and the sensor at the entrance door is not working
