Poor Administration System

Just 20 days ago on the 8th Dec, I posted my dissatisfaction about Fidelity Security company's poor admin service. ADT debited my account (R830.32) without alerting me, let alone the fact that I've written to them asking to leave my bank account alone, I'll make the payment myself as per the last 4 months. I was about to make the December payment this morning when I noticed that they've debited my account. I want the breakdown of this R830.32.
