Please review your policies and cater for loadshedding
Good day,
I know that ADT is aware of the loadshedding issues where an alarm signal is sent to you and I will get a call. Now I received an SMS that I have reached my maximum 4 monthly emergencies , but how since its your system and I have never called for any emergency response?
