Please help me

Can you please help me this company it’s robbing me each and every month they deduct the money that we didn’t agree about I call them they will transfer me from one person to another I email them no respond I’m sick and tired cause I ended up reversing my debit please help me I can’t anymore calling them I spend a lot of money the last time they told me they are charging me the street cameras that we dnt have in our place
