PENSION FUND SURPLUS..CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME??

I was traced by a company called trace plus, probably through Fidelity Guards and the pension fund administrators concerned ( Absa) as a ex-employee who is entitled to unclaimed pension fund surplus monies. I was employed at Fidelity guards for a period of 21 years approx..between the years 1975 and 1996. I have been emailing Fidelity guards head office for assistance since there is an employee section on my forms that need completing. I only received an e-mail days back that my query has been sent to payroll. No response since. Can someone PLEASE assist in this regard..i can have the documents scanned and sent to them for completion..all i need is SOMEONE willing to assist me. Its urgent can someone at Fidelity Guards PLEASE assist?
