WE ARE RENTING A PROPERTY SO WE TOLD THE REP SHE WENT AND SIGNED US UOP FOR A 36MNT CONTRACT .... HOW CAN YOU SINGN SOMEONE UP WHO IS RENTING ON THE 36MNT CONTRACT THERE WAS AN EXISTING ALARM SYSTEM THEY DID NOT PUT IN A NEW ONE .... REDUICULOUSE NOW WE WANT TO CANCEL AS THE HOUSE IS BEING SOLD....

What is the social media officer going to help me with, I need someone to assist in cancelling the contract without fees as I was not explained you do not offer month to month and how do you sign me up as I only rent the property so I need to pay for an alarm where I do not even live as the house is being sold .....
