Pathetic service from Fidelity ADT

I requested my current alarm system for my business to be linked to Fidelity ADT last week 03 December. A sales agent by the name of Akhona came out to see me. We signed the contract and she promised the technical team would come out or call me to book an appointment. She left my offices without giving me her contact nunber or even a copy of the contract. To date no one has called me, she has left no paper work with me. Just pathetic service. I have called in twice, on the 11 Dec and 12 Dec requesting a call back from Management to advise what's going on. Still no call. My insurance company cannot insure me unless the alarm system is linked. I called for the third time on the 12 December and this call took 25 mins. There was no Supervisor to take my call but the moment I requested a sales person visit me it is done in 24 hours but to get feedback on service, no response. A reply would be appreciated as to why your service is so poor.
