Pathetic Service can't pass a credit

this is my second review regarding the same issue that hasn't been sorted out for months now, fidelity has people calling me that promises to sort out the issue but nothing gets done instead they list me and do not sort out the issue at hand of which is passing a credit.

The person that brought about all of this never called me (Yolandi Bloemfontein branch technical department) and the credit never got passed instead they let me speak to the entire company from every province and nothing gets done. Pathetic
