Pathetic Service

I am totally disappointed with the poor service I am receiving from Secure Drive. My account is always debited on the 15th of every month and is up to date as per the debits going off every month. I have received communication from a Debt Collection agency for outstanding amount of approximately R1000 and again a call last week Wednesday for an amount of around R600. This morning my account was debited for R118 and R1041.

I have made numerous requests for an account statement and since inception of this contract no statement was ever sent.

I will be taking this matter to higher authority and the Ombudsman and will be contacting my attorney to further sort out this matter.
