Pathetic service

I have received nothing but bad service since I joined them. They debited me before they were suppose to. Their security guards asked my 7 year old daughter for the password. Debit order amounts are changed without prior notification. After being with them for 4 months found out they don't even patrol my area. Call their call centre to query and keep getting told someone will call you and lo and behold I never receive a call. Response vehicles only come after an hour of alarm activation....Not sure they care about our safety...
