Pathetic driver

On of the drivers in Bloemfontein was speeding just to get in front me with a taxi (Guarding service vehicle). He just turned on his indicator and went to my line and I almost rear ended him. I had a child on board and the driver put his life and mine in danger. It’s pathetic that the number on the vehicle always shows line busy. I took a photo of the registration number. Please attend to this matter because this business is in the business of keeping people safe but not with this type of employees that does not keep to the law.
