Pathetic communication

I have been trying to change my debit details for the past 10 months. I get calls, people promise to send me emails/sms`s but I never receive any communication neither do I receive a call back. I called in numerous times only to be told a specific person will call back, yet she never does. My credit score has been drastically impacted by failed debits from an account that is closed yet ADT doesn't seem to care, the next call will be a cancellation call because this is insane, I cannot even begin to imagine what the reaction time will be should I have a burglary. I am done with trying to speak to anybody, please can I be called to have my service terminated and I will move onto a company that can actually communicate.
