Pathetic and disgusting customer service from ADT

Its seems like my complaints are not acknowledged by ADT, their slogan "always there" they don't honour it, it's always there to loot, use people, give pathetic service and ***** from South African citizen. I've sent a complain directly to your CEO, I'm sick and tired of your pathetic service. One month notice to terminate the contract had passed and I'm still waiting for confirmation from ADT. That name alone makes my stomach turn, your customer service is disgusting.
