Not keeping their promises
I wrote a complaint regarding my account with ADT security services as they debited me more than we agreed for 2 months at de beginning of my contract so they called me and promised to fix the debit order and refund me the extra amount that was debited however they only fix the debit order but dey never refunded me extra funds that was debited for 2 months
