Non-existent service so don't trust them

Worst service! If their staff can't deliver on an easy request for a quote to replace my alarm system, how are they meant to serve and protect you? I have been asking for a simple quote to replace the exact same system and for 6 days now and nothing. This is after numerous online requests, emails to their customer service team, phone calls and explaining multiple times the why and what I want.

But yet after I had expended much energy and noted it was urgent, they still had not sent me what is extremely simple to get done.

I had even contacted their customer service team, hoping they would READ my email and get it done but that was to much to ask as my original email was not even read properly because the questions I was asked were utter disgraceful as the info was right there in the same chain of emails.
