Noice made by by ADT

I stay opposite a Caltex Garage. Every night and during the early hours of the morning ADT security guards park at the Caltex garage. This usually happen from 11 at night for at least 2 hours. and in the morning any time from 2 to 5. They shout at each other and keep on doing this for hours at a time. It does not help to phone ADT. Every time they just promise to do something about this but the next night it is the same. I already talked to the owner of the garage, but he also ignores me. The garage give them free coffee. If you phone the garage, They just pick the phone up and put it back. I just want to know how do they do their work if they sit at the garage every night
