No service

On the 8th I had an alarm activation at 9:15 @ 9:25 a sms came through. Response vehicle arrived at 09:54. Two guys in one bakkie. These response personnel cannot work due to a shortage of vehicles it seems. I had a similar complaint last week. I am still waiting for feedback, on the 8th I went to the offices of Fidelity near my property, left a message for the Manager to call me, Koos as I was informed. He never did. I raised the matter with the control room supervisor or so he said, he said his name is Christo, my call was transferred by Alvin to this Christo who promised to come back to me and never did. I cannot understand this failure to manage and give feedback to clients other than coming to the conclusion that the whole operation has adopted a ***** faire management style. Pathetic!, leaderless organisation with no commitment to service delivery or pride in its area of business.
