NO SERVICE
NO Service, after sending emails: I emailed Fidelity asking them to quote me for a buzzer for one of our offices. The 1st request sent on the 24th Nov, then on the 30th Nov then again on the 5th Dec. When I called ADT last week, I was told by the lady that this was a call for the SALES team. Today, 7th Dec, still no response. Called again this omorning only to be advised that this call is for the TECHNICAL team, to which Thabiso "transferred" me, which ended the call. Wow, and we're trying to give you business?
