No response to a potentially life-threatening crisis!!!

This evening, I was in a crisis. A female, less than 500m from my business's property. My car broke dowm and in complete fear of my safety pressed my panic button. Probably over 10 times!

For over 30-40 minutes no response!

I was only able to get hold of the Johannesburg branch and kept getting cut off with no call back. ( I live in Cape Town and could not get through to the Cape Town branch)

Another neighbourhood security company noticed me after 30 minutes and immediately offered to assist me until the tow truck driver around.

My extremely concerned mother in Johannesburg managed to get hold of your Cape Town branch.. Only then did someone get hold of the secuity guard to tell him I was outside the premises.

That's 40 minutes, where I felt like I was in real danger in an area that is known to not be safe at night..with no response and not even 1 call after pressing the panic button numerous times!

Your service tonight was pathetic! And I do not at all feel safe having you as my security service as when it came to a real life- threatening service you did not respond!

I am only just grateful for the neighborhood community that came to assist me!
