No response resulting in burglary of goods.

Horrible service!! A couple of weeks ago, we had a burglary incident in our yard due to a non response from ADT after the alarm went off! I called in to enquire about this and they too admitted that no response was made to any of us when the signal went off. To date, I have received ZERO communication from ADT. Had they responded to the signal, I am pretty sure we would not have had any thing ****** off our yard that morning!! Furthermore, a week later, we were away from home for a night and the alarm signal went off. ADT called and I asked them to go to our property and check if all was okay. When we returned home the following day, there was no indication that they actually came through. Usually they would leave a note after inspection. This is a fair warning: please be careful of this “security company”.
