No professionalism with ADT Fidelity Services and Nimbles Group

I had an ADT contract between February 2018 and February 2021 and was never renewed. Come end of 2021 ADT/Fidelity Services sold their business to NimblesGroup and gave them my details. I tried to explain to the latter that the whole of 2021 I had no business with ADT. Didn't they harrass me with calls and emails. Both NimblesGroup and ADT/Fidelity Services have emailed me bills for January 2022 for services Im not receiving and there is no contract. I have made calls to explain but nothing is changing. Please I do not want anything to do with these two companies. They did not treat me well. SA be on the lookout
