Most unprofessional company to ever deal with

I have been trying to cancel my contract since March after a break in incident which could have been avoided if my request for response was not delayed but it was canceled by adt and later called me. I am so fed up of calling adt to process my cancelation instead they are playing games calling me trying to convince me to stay with them. Which company ever decides where you spend your money. These people are behind pathetic. Someone better call me before i expose adt for who they are. I am really fed up now. This can't be how they treat customers.
