MONEY FOR NOTHING
We have terminated the service agreement with Fidelity-ADT in November 2019.
Despite this termination, Fidelity-ADT persists to debit our account.
When informed about the persistence and refund of the installments debited, the representative of Fidelity ADT Mrs. Sheila Reddy all of a sudden had no recollection of us ever existing by stating she does not know the site.
To date hereof there had been no further communication, as before when we terminated there service.
Fidelity-ADT has a very good reputation to gain clients but a bad reputation for when it comes to client service and as in this matter persist to debit a account where it has no right to do so.
