Mall of Africa Mall is so unsafe

I am still shocked how Mall of africa Fidelity security is so flawed, the orchestrated a car ******* my car was taken Broad day light, the security guards themselves took the keys from me and handed to the guy they were KN communication with who took my car. I shamelessly walked from the parking to get an Uber after being intimidated and harassed by Fidelity Person right inside the Mall of Africa Mall, I am wondering how safe is it for everyone to park at Mall of Africa with crimes orchestrated by the people who are meant to keep us safe. I am still traumatised.
