Make workers permanent

Hi i know someone very close to me who works for fidelity cit for 1 year now. He does all the work that permanent people do. E.g.. he does crewing including loading atms he starts work at 5 and comes home at 10 because he was unloading the trucks. What makes me write he earns 5 ********** while his permanent colleagues earn 25000. It's sad bcos this person is a bread winner. What will happen if something happens to him at work while he is earning peanuts... I'm urging fidelity to make all their workers permanent. The job is risky while earning 5000.
