This company is incompitant , they installed a device on to my bike which drain the battery and and i had to buy a battery now they don't want to re reimburse for . my biggest issue with them is they keep debiting my account with an incorrect amount and last month they debited me twice. i have been in contact with Anoucka who is trying to assist but their accounts department is not giving her joy. They are even debiting me on the wrong date. i am tired of this company i just want to cancel all the contracts i have with them.
