Lack of services from the Fidelity fund

Good evening.

I would like to know if anyone has had any lack of services from the Fedility fund ,as I'm experiencing very unprofessional services and getting no replies to my emails after I have gone a sent them all documentations that the fedility has requested from me,I'm not getting any replies now regarding my payment. This matter has been going on now 7 years I think this is ridiculous honestly. I need help or advice of where to go from here please 🙏🏼 Thank you kindly
