Lack of service all round

I sent an email on 12 April giving a calendar month's notice for termination of your service. Having had no response, I sent a follow-up email on 17 April. Still no response, so I have sent another follow-up email today, 25 April.

It is really disappointing that your organization cannot find the will or time to acknowledge your clients, this lack of service is one of the reasons why my tenant wishes to cancel your service .
