I’ve been trying to get a tracker de installed from a car for over two months now. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced! I then decided to rather move it to a new car since they unrightfully want to charge me cancellation fees, I don't want a company that is supposed to be very reactive since you deal with ****** vehicles that cant even respond !! I want everything cancelled with immediate effect, and I will not be paying cancellation fees! as I have been with this for more than 3 years, failure to respond, I will involve the onbids man, I am done with this
