Is Fidelity ADT honorable?
Can one trust Fidelity ADT? About a month ago huge gym-like bags fell from a Fidelity Guards bakkie right in front of my vehicle causing damage of over R30000. The driver and passengers refused to give me their names. Contacted Fidelity but they countered that it was a bakkie from ADT. Not that it matters as its the same company now. ADT also refused to accept responsibility, referring me back to Fidelity. I subsequently found that the vehicle was indeed registered to Fidelity, but the company still refused to come back to me. I had just bought my vehicle and it was not insured as yet. One wonders how honorable these people are.
