******ion of Funds on unauthorized debit order and no Signed agreement or contract with ADT.

After months of Fighting with Gary Pohl and his accounts team at ADT they still debit my account *******ly. Numerous phone calls to their accounts department has been ignored. Not surprising as they are useless in rendering a service so what did I expect from their accounts department??!!

Was promised by Boitumelo /Charles and Daniel the so called manager of the Accounts department that I will no longer be debited???

I did not sign or agree to a renewal of their useless service after my contract ended October 2024, which I commicated to the uselessness JHB branch manager Gary Phol and their useless call centers and spoken to Thulani millions of time.

These people are useless, they never patroled my area or street for more that 1 year???

So ask yourself would you consider to use them???

Pathetic, someone better give me answers why you are still debiting my account??! Went to the bank and they not able to stop it as I did not authorize the debit order.
