Insulted by one of consultant

Hi Hello Peter, I would like to report someone from the car tracker company, she insulted me and disrespect me over the phone when I decided not to the car tracker deal, Her name is Noxolo from Fidelity car tracker, the broker for car tracker, she called my husband yesterday offering him a vehicle tracker, We are having two cars that we are planning to put car tracker, my husband told the lady to contacted me and speak with me, Yes the lady did contacted me afterwards and she has explained how does the tracker works in details, which I then said to her she must give me time to discuss with my husband and look for other options before we can decide, I have ask her to contact me the following day at 9 am, Indeed she called me the following day at 9am, and ask what we have decided, I told her that we decided not take the deal from car tracker we will use another company, then few hours later I see 2 missed video calls on WhatsApp, I called back there was no answer, I called straight still no answer, then I decided to send WhatsApp msg asking her if I know her, She responded saying she is the lady that Called my husband regarding car tracker, I then said I'm not interested, She started telling me how I wasted her time, and company airtime to call me, I then said but this is your job, and I will call your company if that is the case, From there she started swearing at me, saying F tsek Wena, why why would I ****en force you, that's her words I have them on WhatsApp chat, her last word was I sold the country, which I don't know how and why will she say that to me, she doesn't even know me. I'm very upset and very much disappointed to car tracker, how can they hire a person like that to deal with customers, surely they are supposed to train the consultant professionally on how to sell and how to speak with customers, I have attached all the conversation from WhatsApp chat, I need this lady to apologise to me and be fired as it shows clearly that she not supposed to be dealing with customers,
