Ineffective alarm system

I recently installed the armed response ADT alarm system and for the first time last night I had a break in and there was no help. 1. The panic button did not work for atleast the first 2 minutes 2. Even the panic button being on and the alarm sounding for 15 min, there was no response 3. I had to call the call centre only to find out that there is no alert to the control room 4. According to the control room, my information in the system was insufficient 4. The guys eventually came but came at the wrong house because there was no ADT board(the board was never installed)

For a good 30minutes I was by myself trying to protect myself from intruders.
