Inconsiderate and Unprofessional Guard
Our home was burgled and the front door compromised, Insurance offered us a guard for the night.
I offered the guard shelter in our living room as it was raining. He proceeded to watch loud tiktoks and call his friends. He ignored my requests to keep the noise down and upon seeing him out the next day asked me for transport money.
Needless to say, a service that was supposed to provide piece of mind, absolutely did not.
