Impossible to unsubscribe from their emails

After several promises from them that I would be unsubscribed from their mails, just wait a month or so, and the mails start coming in again. Nothing will happen with this complaint. I will get empty words (hot air) and next month we will start this all over again. Don't bother calling me. Tired of your excuses! "We want to hear from you!
