I'm humiliated and traumatized by Fidelity Security

I'm humiliated and traumatized by Fidelity Security,my company number is *** I worked 2 years a Tactical crew man posted at Hyde park mall ,until this year September when I decided to go home because I had serious matters to attend back at home ,I Reported to my site Manager that I'm going home and he agreed and he even asked me to arrange with my colleague to get a reliever we that .

As I was supposed to come back I realized that whatever I went to do at home is not solved yet then I texted my Area Manager Jacob Tladi a d Site Manager Godfrey Hlongwane I told them I won't make it because I family matters are still not solved yet ,both managers they blue ticked me on whatsapp and they never rep**** ,I decided to stay over at because I thought they saw that and they don't have a problem with me stay over again ,When I was done back home I decided to text my Area Manager Jacob tladi and tell him that I'm done at home can I resume my duties he rep**** back to me and said my contract has being terminated and he's waiting for LAB reference number ,Since October 2023 until now he's hasn't said nothing to me ,myself and my family we moved to a shack with no running water or electricity because I'm not working I'm being traumatized and humiliated by fidelity security company and now I need to know what must I do because even my credits has accumulated .

It's festive now and we don't have food no place to stay I need to know what should I do now ,why Jacob Tladi is taking so long to call me for hearing or anything so I state my case I'm being down graded as a father as a man ,I'm traumatized a lot by Fidelity Security Company I need an advice my number is *** /***
