Humiliated by Fedelity security at Truworths Newtown junction

I think this is the time you teach your employees manners how to treat customers at the stores that they are posts at. I went to Truworths today at Newtown junction, the security lady refuse to give me her name, she left 2 people that were in front of me to exit the store while I approached the door she comes to me Nd asked to search my hand bag I asked her what is the use of having sensors in store if she wanna search my hand bag, she told me she is doing her job, I told her I don't like my hand bag being searched as I put small valuable items inside. She sId I must speak to the store manager I said no, I left and immediately turned to her and asked her her name she refused to give me, and told me why is the use of phoning people instead of solving the matter with the store Manager, i opened my hand bag for her. She found my car keys, house keys, hand sanitizers, wipes, facial tissue etc, i asked her is she happy she said yes. I am not happy how she treated me, my customer right were violated, I feel humiliated, and I don't think I will be free to shop at Newtown junction again, I will go to the other truworths were securities know how to handle and approach customers, i feel to Disappointed and reputation has been destroyed by her, please please I am not happy with her attitude at all.
