HR Recruitment

I'm having an issue with the recruitment department from Fedelity i honestly feel like their recruitment portal is not monitored at all. I apply on a regular and i feel like they simply ignore applications, i apply for different roles wich of late is contact center positions, not only am i experienced applicant but i also have shown interest in the company over and over with no response, this is so discouraging. My CV is registerd on thier recruitment portal for future postions and i update my CV regularly. The fact that they still say re apply for the same positions that are advertised regularly and not even contact you for a mear telephonic interview is beyond me. I apply through the website, nothing.
