Horrible service from adt

I have been with adt for almost 7 years and I'm fed up with the bad service I got from them this is the 3rd day and still no technician to come sort out my alarm that has been beeping and going off. There own patrol guys called control room to give me a call and I'm still waiting. Adt can cancel my subscription I'm done with them.
