Horrible service

I am very upset with the security guards that stand by the gate at Philippi Plaza.Normally the centre closes at 19h00 including the gates at the plaza.Normally the shops would close at 18h00 that we know.For spome reason today while rushing to the atm around 18h00,a security guy by the gate told us they closed,mind you the gates were openned and there were other people that they were letting inside.The security guard told us that they changed the times after Spar moved from the mall,however i was there last week and i shop at the same plaza everyday as i am near the plaza.I am so disappointed with these people including the company,they have no way of talking to people.At some point i was told if i want to get inside and used the Atm i must give them money for a drink and I refused because we know the time the plaza closes.
