Horrible service

All we wanted was a home security installation from ADT/ Fidelity Security, however, we were being sent from pillar to post telephonically. We contacted their offices in Tzaneen office and we were given a number for Head office in Johannesburg. When we asked why we needed to contact Head office in Johannesburg for a Tzaneen installation, we were told that is the process that we should follow. We called Head office Johannesburg and were given the number for Tzaneen that we previously called. We told them that the number they are providing us is the same number that we called and the same number that referred us to Head office Johannesburg. We called Tzaneen office again and were told that we need to call Polokwane office. We called Polokwane office and were informed that they cannot assist and we need to call Tzaneen office again. We called Tzaneen again and were given a cell number to call. We then called the cell number and it initially went unanswered and then after a few attempts, the number goes straight to voicemail. We have never experienced such back and forth and unprofessionalism from such a big company. It's very disappointing!
