Horrible Security and Administration
If it were possible to give a zero rating, it would get that. Ever since this acquisition this company has been failing dismally, overcharging, has no cognizance of load shedding schedules, harasses my mom. Sends out security personnel and charges without checking, poor administration of the business. Absolutely appalling. Our system has been off since 18 April, we made a call on 2nd of May to officially terminate and they still continue to charge us!
